These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TempleTowns website, mobile site, or any related platform operated by ITUMAN GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at NO 652, K NO 4312/652 2, Sector HSR Layout, Bangalore South, Karnataka – 560102 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” refer to any individual or entity accessing or using our platform.

By accessing or using www.templetowns.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. Nature of Service – Aggregator Platform Only

• TempleTowns is strictly an aggregator and facilitator.
• We curate, display, and enable online booking of temple-town tour packages offered entirely by independent third-party tour operators (“Operators”).
• We do not design, organize, manage, operate, or control the tours or services listed on the platform.
• All tour descriptions, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, schedules, accommodation, transport, and service quality are solely provided and controlled by the Operator.
• When you book a package, you enter into a direct contract with the Operator, not with TempleTowns.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, safety, quality, or availability of any tour or service, and we are not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, delays, failures, misconduct, miscommunication, negligence, injuries, damages, losses, or service deficiencies of Operators or their staff.

2. Operator Responsibility

Each Operator is independently responsible for:

• The delivery, safety, quality, and fulfillment of the tour
• Pricing, policies, terms, and conditions of service
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund decisions
• Providing accurate and updated package information
• Handling complaints, grievances, or disputes with users

TempleTowns does not verify or guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of Operator-provided content. Users must review and understand the Operator’s own policies before booking.

3. Payment Processing

Payments made on the Website are facilitated by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway provider. Once you proceed to payment, you are redirected to Razorpay’s secure infrastructure.

• Razorpay is solely responsible for transaction processing, authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, and payment compliance.
• TempleTowns does not store your payment information (card details, UPI, net banking, wallet information, etc.).
• TempleTowns is responsible only for initiating a payment order and reflecting the payment status on the Website.
• All disputes relating to payment failure, authorization decline, duplicate payments, or settlement delays must be taken up with Razorpay.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Modifications

• All cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, or amendments to a booking are governed by the Operator’s individual policies.
• TempleTowns does not determine or influence the refund eligibility or amount.
• TempleTowns is not responsible for any refusal, delay, or failure by the Operator to issue refunds.
• Users must contact the Operator directly for any refund-related requests. We may assist in communication as a facilitator, but this does not create any responsibility or obligation on us to resolve such issues.

5. Platform Content & Accuracy

All package content, photos, descriptions, pricing, inclusions, and information displayed on the Website are provided by the Operators. While we attempt to maintain accuracy:

• We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, suitability, or accuracy.
• We expressly disclaim liability for any errors, misrepresentations, omissions, changes, or mismatches.
• Use of any information on the Website is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempleTowns and ITUMAN GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or medical issues
• Property loss or damage
• Delays, cancellations, or service disruptions
• Accidents during travel or tour activities
• Transportation, accommodation, or facility-related issues
• Operator negligence or misconduct
• Loss of money, data, goodwill, or opportunity
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.)

We are also not liable for payment declines due to bank limits, payment gateway downtime, or fraud/unauthorized transactions originating from the user’s device or account. Under no circumstances will TempleTowns be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TempleTowns, ITUMAN GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, any booking you make with an Operator, violations of these Terms, or disputes/issues with Operators or third parties.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all Website content—including design, layout, graphics, logos, and text—is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. Third-party trademarks are acknowledged wherever used.

9. External Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content, safety, practices, or policies.

10. Linking to Our Website

You may not create a link to the Website from another website or document without prior written consent from ITUMAN GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

11. Website Use & Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue all or part of the Website without notice. Unauthorized use of the Website may lead to civil or criminal liability.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
